Sestina

Humanfor the Agentic Era

Sestina is the shared context layer for humans and agents.

Sestina is where you capture and
share the semantic core of your business.

In Sestina you work on authoritative plain text, beautifully
visualised to amplify your understanding and intuition.

Help your team and your agents make better
decisions by grounding them with shared language and models.

Map your domain

Organisations are filled with people talking past each other, meandering towards their goals through expensive rounds of course correction.

Sestina’s collaborative workspace brings your teams and agents together to create Concept Maps that establish your shared language, providing the context needed to stay on course and deliver more aligned outcomes.

Concept Maps are produced through simple plain-text statements about relationships, allowing you to stay focused on the ideas and not on aligning boxes. These plain-text foundations make it simple for AI agents to follow along, and keep your shared knowledge portable so it’s always yours.

Visualise your understanding

In Sestina you can work together on Mermaid Flowcharts, Sequence Diagrams and C4 Diagrams, along with some home-grown Sestina diagrams like Stock & Flow Diagrams and Wardley Maps.

Terms used in diagrams, concept maps and documents establish cross-references, so diagrams are not islands of knowledge but part of a larger network of understanding.

Ground your decisions

Decisions shouldn’t be made in isolation. Sestina gives you an authoritative place for Architectural Decision Records (ADRs) and similar artefacts, cross-referenced to your concept maps and shared language so the intent behind the decision remains clear.

Sestina’s collaborative interface makes it the perfect place for Spec-Driven Development, bringing your team together to align on the essential decisions behind your products and projects.

Confirm payment before reserving inventory

An reserves only after is confirmed.

This avoids holding stock for abandoned checkouts while keeping downstream of a decision the business can explain and revise.

The relationship remains connected to its definition, related views, and the context in which the decision was accepted.

Align your agents

Speed doesn’t mean much if you’re going in the wrong direction. Connecting your agents to Sestina via MCP means they can start speaking your language and aligning their output to your and your team’s decisions.

Agents can be brought into Sestina artefacts as first-class collaborators, contributing to your network of understanding. You stay in control, with clear scopes for agents and attributed revision control.

Start with one relationship.

You do not have to model the whole company. Put one relationship into words. Sestina turns it into shared context your people and agents can build on, revealing the larger pattern as terms, decisions, and diagrams accumulate.
